TERMS OF SERVICE

READ BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Please read through this page carefully to ensure you understand all the details.
By sending in a commission request, you confirm that you have read and understood the following:

Illustration Commissions+Client may NOT use any part of deliverables to train or produce derivative work using generative AI models.
+Clients will receive .png/.gif and other relevant files at the completion of the project.
+No source/work file will be provided unless with valid reason, and extra charges.
+No full refunds, only partial refunds depending on stage of completion.
+By default, clients are allowed to use art for personal/non-commercial purposes only, commercial usage must be requested upfront.
+I reserve the right to amend my terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
+I reserve the right to reject commission requests.
+I will update clients with progress as often as possible.
+Major revisions once artwork is near completion may incur additional charges.
+Crediting me is greatly appreciated!

Process1) Fill and send in a request form for a quote.
2) I will contact the client with a price quote within 48 hours.
(if I miss your request by any chance, feel free to contact me first!)
3) Finalise and confirm specification of artwork(s).
4) A full payment is required for me to start work.
5) Commencement of illustration work. (Several drafts will be sent to client at various completion stages)
6) Revision to be made from the client's comment, if any.
7) Client receives completed files.Vtuber Model Commissions+AI generated model art are NOT accepted and any commissions found to contain AI generated images will be cancelled.
+(Model Art only/Art+Rig Package) Clients will receive a .png compilation of the model/psd and other relevant files at completion of project.
+(Rig only/Art+Rig Package)Clients will receive .moc3 and other relevant files at completion of project.
+No .cmo3 file will be provided.
+Vtuber models are only tested in Vtube Studio
+No full refunds, only partial refunds depending stage of completion
+Clients are allowed to use models for commercial activities, including streaming or advertising.
+Clients are NOT allowed to redistribute model files publicly.
+Clients are allowed to resell models to other individuals at their own discretion, though I appreciate a heads up.
+I reserve the right to amend my terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
+I reserve the right to reject commission requests.
+I will update clients with progress as often as possible.
+Major design revisions during the rigging process may incur an additional charge.
+Crediting me as your rig artist in your social media biographies is appreciated.

Process
(Step 7-9 are not applicable for model art only commissions where as step 5&6 are not applicable for rig only commissions)1) Fill and send in a request form for a quote.
2) I will contact the client with a price quote within 48 hours.
(if I miss your request by any chance, feel free to contact me first!)
3) Finalise and confirm specification of model.
4) A first payment, minimum of 50% of the total price, is required for me to start work.
5) Commencement of model art. (Several drafts will be sent to client at various completion stages, please let me know if you need anything edited throughout this process)
6) Completion of model art with confirmation from client.
7) Commencement of rigging work. (Several drafts will be sent to client at various completion stages)
8) Corrections to be made from client's comment, if any. (Please let me know if you have any requests eg. 'bouncier/flowier/minimal physics or movement')
9) Remaining payment, if any, to be made once rigging work is complete
10) Previous clients are welcomed to contact me at anytime (regardless of slots availability) for any edits, addition of new outfits or to discuss project scope of entirely new models.
