Terms of service
Please read through this page carefully to ensure you understand all the details.+Clients will receive a .moc and other relevant files at completion of project.
+No .cmo3 file will be provided unless with valid reason, and extra charges.
+I only have the capabilities to try out models on vtube studio and prprlive.
+No full refunds, only partial refunds depending stage of completion
+Clients are allowed to use model for commercial activities, including streaming or advertising.
+Clients are NOT allowed to redistribute model files publicly.
+Clients are allowed to resell models to other individuals at their own discretion, though I appreciate a heads up.+I reserve the right to amend my terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
+I reserve the right to reject commission requests.
+I will update clients with progress as often as possible.
+Major design revisions during the rigging process may incur an additional charge.
+Crediting me as your rig artist in your social media biographies is appreciated.

Process
1) Fill and send in my commission form for a quote.
2) I will contact client with a price quote within 48 hours.
(if I miss your request by any chance, feel free to contact me first!)
3) Finalise and confirm specification of model.
4) A first payment, minimum of 50% of the total price, is required for me to start work.
5) Checking of PSD file to ensure all art is present and separated correctly.
6) Correction of PSD file (if any).
7) Commencement of rigging work. (Several drafts will be sent to client at various completion stages)
8) Corrections to be made from client's comment, if any. (Please let me know if you have any requests eg. 'bouncier/flowier/minimal physics or movement')
9) Remaining payment, if any, to be made once rigging work is complete
10) Previous clients are welcomed to contact me at anytime (regardless of slots availability) for any edits, addition of new outfits or to discuss project scope of entirely new models.
